1. Training course registration will be confirmed to trainees after registration and payment.
  2. Course material will be mailed (if in hardcopy) or emailed (if in electronic version) once payment is made.
  3. For course cancellation, an official email should be sent to the company by the customer/trainee.
  4. For cancellation requests received in minimum 14 days before the training start dates, registration fees will be refunded in full. Trainee may opt to keep the material and we will charge only for the material.
  5. Cancellations made in less than 8 days will incur the full cost of registration; however, we will offer 50% discount on the same training to the same trainee in future.
  6. In case the trainee does not show at the training, no refund will apply.
  7. If the virtual training course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as major technical issues out of training company’s control, family emergency, or similar situations, a notice will be sent by the training company to the customer/trainees with the option to reschedule at future dates or to receive a full refund of the registration fees.
